Aperol Spritz Cocktail Recipe
Recipe from How to Drink episode: Best Drinks for Spring
Ingredients:
2 oz Aperol Aperitivo
3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Club soda (or seltzer)
1 Orange wheel
Method:
Build in a balloon glass. Crack ice into glass. Add Aperol to glass. Add Prosecco. Top with club soda (or seltzer). Garnish with an orange wedge. There's no harm in stirring it. Finally, just put the Orange garnish right in the drink.
