Where is Curiada available?

Availability varies by product. Enter your zip code on a product page to check that product's availability in your area. We currently serve close to 80% (and counting) of the United States. Unfortunately we cannot provide service to Alaska, Hawaii, nor any international locations.

If we aren't yet available in your area and you'd like us to be, please register your interest.

Is Curiada available internationally?

At the moment we are currently only available in the continental US.

Why don't you offer free shipping?

We do! Check out our free shipping collection. Add one of these bottles to your cart and free shipping is extended to your entire order.

We would love to offer free shipping on all our products, but we need to be sure your bottles make it to you in a timely and intact fashion with the extra care and compliance necessary when shipping alcohol.

We're doing our best to reduce our shipping fees, so stay tuned!

What are your shipping rates?

No matter the number of items in your order, orders ship for a flat rate of $17.99 which covers fulfillment and transit fees, as well as excellent packaging to prevent breakage. Every order also automatically includes shipping and delivery protection.

Is my order insured?

Every order automatically includes shipping and delivery protection.

With Curiada your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft.

In the unfortunate (and unlikely!) case that your order never arrives or product is damaged upon arrival, send us a message and we'll get you sorted out. 

What do I do if my order is missing or damaged?

Every single Curiada order is insured.

If you experience a problem with a delivery or a product, please let us know.

To expedite your claim, please include; recipient's name, order number, brief explanation, and photos where possible. We will promptly address it.

For claims related to damage or a missing item, please send pictures of the box with all items in the box as received (including original packaging) within 7 days of your order being delivered.

For packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy,” claims must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises.

Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint as shown in the tracking link.


It’s extremely important to us that you have a positive experience. Any issues, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll figure it out together.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes! Add the message on the cart page, or email your name, order number, and the message you'd like to send to cheers@curiada.com.

Does the price appear on the order packing slip?

Negative.

Are gift cards available?

Yes, they are! Choose from over 50 designs, include a personalized message (you can even send a free video message!), plus send immediately, or schedule for a date of your choice.

Is there a Curiada app?

Sure is. Check it out on the Apple App Store or Google Play. It's new... all feedback is welcome.

Where does the name Curiada come from?

It's made up! Curiada is a portmanteau of the word "curiosity" and the word "curadoria," which is Portuguese for curation. You pronounce it kjʊr/-/i/-/ɑd/-/ə/ (cure-ee-odd-uh), but frankly, however you pronounce it is fine by as, as long as you visit (and order!) often.
