Ingredients: 

2 oz Gin (Greg enjoys Fords and Bulrush)
.25 oz Simple syrup
.25 oz St. Germain
3 mint leaves
1 Egg white
 

Method:

Add 3 decent sizes mint leaves and simple syrup to shaker and muddle. Add gin, St. Germain and egg white to shaker. Dry shake. Add ice, 1 large cube, and 1 small, and shake vigorously. Double strain into a coup. Garnish with a mint leaf. If you want to experiment, maybe, just maybe add a touch of lemon.

Ingredients:

3 oz Squirt Grapefruit soda
4 Lime quarters
2 Grapefruit slices
6 Mint leaves
Salt
 

Method:

Rim a cocktail glass with salt. Add 4 lime wedges, 2 pieces of Grapefruit, and 6 pieces of mint to the cocktail glass and muddle. Top off with crushed ice. Add 2 oz of tequila and Grapefruit soda. Garnish with mint.

2 Barspoons of superfine sugar
1 Lime quartered
  

Method:

Add sugar and lime to shaker. Muddle. Add Cachaça and ice to shaker. Pour unstrained into a double rocks glass. Enjoy! Note, some recommend cutting away the pit from the lime. It's a win/win.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz infused gin (Greg uses Fords Gin)
1 oz Simple syrup
.75 oz Lemon juice
1 egg white
Lemon twist
 

Method:

Start by infusing earl grey tea into some London dry gin. Greg uses Twinings loose leaf and Ford's Gin. Add 4 tablespoons of tea to a 750ml. bottle. Put the tea in, shake it up and wait two hours. After that strain and filter it to get as much of the tea particulate out as possible and keep the infused gin indefinitely.
 
Add sugar to the rim of a coupe. Add infused gin, Simple syrup, lemon juice and an egg white to a shaker. Dry shake. Add ice and shake. Strain into coupe and garnish with twist of lemon peel.

8 Lime wedges
4 Cucumber wheels
.75 oz Simple syrup
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
 

Method:

Add a few lime wedges and cucumber slices to shaker with ice. Add Fords Gin and Simply syrup into mixer. Add ice and shake. Strain into cocktail glass over ice. Garnish with lime and cucumber. Top with pinch of salt and pepper.

Add Orange slices, Gum syrup and Sherry to a mixer with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into cocktail glass over ice. Garnish with everything you've got; orange, mint and berries.

Add fruit to glass and pack with ice. Add Pimm's No 1 Cup and Lemon Lime soda. Garnish as you see fit.

3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Club soda (or seltzer)
1 Orange wheel
 

Method:

Build in a balloon glass. Crack ice into glass. Add Aperol to glass. Add Prosecco. Top with club soda (or seltzer). Garnish with an orange wedge. There's no harm in stirring it. Finally, just put the Orange garnish right in the drink.
