Crafting Gran Centenario Leyenda Extra Anejo Tequila begins with cooking agave in traditional stone ovens. After crushing, the sweet juice is naturally fermented and double-distilled. The tequila is aged in new American oak barrels, a process that imparts a darker color and complex flavors. The final product is the result of a selective blend of their finest aged spirits, handpicked by the master blender.
