Current Delivery Timeframes
Typically, most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Under normal circumstances transit time is 1-5 days. Due to the ongoing pandemic and higher demand for shipping services, there are occasionally unforeseen minor delays. We will notify anyone whose order is projected to be delayed and communicate an expected timeline for delivery. Thank you for your patience!

Availability of spirit brands varies. All orders are accepted, fulfilled and delivered by a licensed retailer within our network. We are committed to constant customer communication through the ordering process. We are working diligently to partner with additional local retailers so we can expand delivery to more places.

With Route+ your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

A note on shipping and handling fees
We'd love to be able to offer free shipping, but we need to be sure your bottles make it to you in a timely and intact fashion with the extra care and compliance necessary for shipping alcohol within states! That's why our retail partners use secure delivery services, to ensure your order arrives to you. You'll also notice that our bottles are priced similarly to in-store prices. We charge a small handling fee to cover packaging and labor from our retail partners who pick, pack, and deliver your bottles. We will do everything we can to make this cost as reasonable as possible for you. Thanks for understanding.
If you've ever ordered alcohol online, you likely noticed that it's often quite complicated. Some brands are available in some states but not in others. This is because each state has their own laws about who can send and receive alcohol and how.
Our commitment to you is that we will make everything as simple and streamlined as possible, while working behind the scenes with our partners to follow every local, state, and federal law.
You must be at least 21 years old to submit orders for purchase on Curiada.com. By placing your order you have represented to Curiada and our retail partners that you are at least 21 years old. All deliveries must be received by an adult of legal drinking age and this person must have photo identification present if asked for proof of age.
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order.
We're sorry, but products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Shipping charges are, unfortunately, not refundable. If a product arrives damaged, we definitely want to know! Please reach out.
Your items will be delivered in a plain box with no marks or branding on the exterior, which helps minimize the risk of theft.
We want you to be happy. If you experience a problem with a delivery or a product, please let us know within 7 days of receipt.
If possible, please include; recipient's name, order number, brief explanation, and a photo of damages, if applicable.
