“The fermentation and distillation process differs from other brands by using a specific set of temperatures, times, and the ‘perfect’ yeast. All this sets the stage for a well-balanced spirit. After distillation, the distillate is moved from Brazil to the south of France, where it’s aged in used Cognac casks for anywhere from 30 days to 3 months,” says Christopher.
