Kaiyo Japanese whisky utilizes Japanese Mizunara oak in all their expressions, which brings a light subtropical flavor profile to the whisky, highlighting notes of banana, coconut, and toffee as well as the underlying vanilla and oak flavors found in any aged whisky.
