NOLET'S Silver Gin

A floral and fruit forward gin, created for a whole new generation of gin drinkers.

The intense floral aromatics clues you in: this won't be your typical gin. Peach, rose, and raspberry botanicals are the stand outs; juniper is still present, but not as a primary player.

It's an ideal gin for those who prefer a more citrus and floral-based spirit, as well as for those who are less-inclined toward the intense pine flavors of a standard gin. And it's a winner when it comes to crafting cocktails.

Distinctly fruity and floral on the palate, this has notes of rosewater and raspberry, braced by pepper and ginger flecks. This smooth and well-balanced gin is a good choice for making a berry-forward cocktail like the classic bramble. - Kara Newman, Wine Enthusiast

Tasting Notes

The rose is immediately apparent as a lush perfume on the nose. Take a sip and you’ll find equal proportions of herbal and floral notes, with the peach, rose, and raspberry at the front and drying pine of juniper and rosemary following.  It finishes clean and dry, with flower petals lingering on the tongue.

Ways to Enjoy

Classic: This makes a delicious and aromatic gin & soda.

Unexpected: Here's a tasty concoction: muddle tumeric & ginger, shake with lemon juice, honey and NOLET'S for a Tumeric Ginger Smash

Production Notes

Each of the signature botanicals are independently macerated and distilled in copper pot stills that were custom made for the distillery in Bavaria. These botanicals are then blended with the base gin, which is a European wheat (rather than rye or barley), a nicely neutral grain that instills a superior, clean flavor. The bottle contains no sugar, no carbs, and only 117 calories per 1.5 oz.

Founder Facts

Founded in 1691 in Schiedam, Nolet Distillery is the oldest distillery in Holland still in the hands of its founding family. The distillery has been exporting spirits to the United States since the late 19th century. They are best-known as the distillers of Ketel One, but they've actually been producing gin since their founding.  NOLET'S Silver Gin bears the family name, and is a contemporary approach to gin built on a tradition and heritage of distillation expertise.
