This is a craft gin through and through. Every element has been carefully considered and adheres to the highest standards of quality, from the selection of the botanicals through the distillation process on to the materials used for the bottles and labels.
Amázzoni Rio Negro's botanical blend is a tribute to the classic London Dry profile. It is made with five times the juniper, coriander and lemon peel of Amázzoni Gin Tradicional. An edited array of Brazilian botanicals, namely Cocoa and Brazil nut, provide the distinctive Amázzoni taste.
Amázzoni Rio Negro is made at Brazil's only dedicated gin distillery, which is also the largest gin distillery in Latin America today. Cachoeira Farm dates from 1717. It is a former coffee farm and cachaça distillery located in the lush Paraíba valley, halfway between Rio and São Paulo. The distillery is 100% sustainable, with no waste generated. Many of the botanicals used in the gin are grown on-site and even the bottles are produced from recycled glass.
